Description

You will manage system integrity, availability, and high-level technical support within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system operations to verify integrity and availability.
• Execute performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.
• Implement monitoring for applications and servers to prevent performance degradation.
• Manage change requests, project activities, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize daily tasks and provide Tier III support.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with VMware and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Hands-on expertise with VMware Horizon and Citrix.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 implementation, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) within Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of Dell/Wyse hardware.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Experience using SolarWinds for system monitoring.
• Ability to manage incident tasks and maintain complex testing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL.
