Description

You will manage the testing, certification, and lifecycle support of hardware platforms and peripheral devices within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Certify and support hardware peripheral devices, including the testing, documentation, and implementation of drivers and firmware.
• Manage device connectivity across serial, USB, and network topologies to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using remote diagnostics and perform root cause analysis to prevent service interruptions.
• Collaborate with business units to configure, integrate, and monitor hardware systems.
• Design enterprise support standards and execute hardware lifecycle management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the design, administration, or support of enterprise IT platforms.
• In-depth understanding of peripheral devices, connectivity, and desktop-based technology.
• Proficiency in hardware firmware configuration and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience using Tera Term for device management.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems, system integration, and architecture.
• Ability to use Python, Java, C++, or C# to solve technical problems.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying underlying issues and providing in-depth solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RFID technology.
• Background in airline technology.
