Description

You will design, implement, and support IT infrastructure environments for mid-size clients. You manage networking, servers, desktops, VMware, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions for client environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot networking, Windows servers, desktops, VMware, and Azure.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience.
• Strong background in Networking, Windows Servers, and Desktop Support.
• Proficiency with VMware and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting mid-size environments (enterprise-only or data-center-only roles do not qualify).
• Excellent verbal communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Proven stable work history without short-term assignments.

Preferred Skills

• MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
