Description

Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure environments for mid-size clients, managing networking, servers, desktops, and cloud resources.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure IT infrastructure solutions for client environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, desktop support, VMware, and Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure reliability.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience.
• Strong background in Networking, Windows Servers, and Desktop Support.
• Proficiency in VMware virtualization and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues.
• Experience working directly with clients and strong verbal communication.
• Stable work history with no multiple short-term assignments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
• Experience supporting mid-size companies (enterprise-only or data-center-only experience will not be considered).
