Description

You will manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring high availability and security across the infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments (2008 through 2022), managing Active Directory, group policies, user accounts, and patching.
• Deploy and operate web and application servers, configuring IIS, load balancing, clustering, and firewall rules.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, and web services.
• Monitor system uptime and troubleshoot application or database performance issues related to connectivity and security.
• Document existing systems and propose architectural improvements or procedural changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (2008-2022).
• 10+ years of experience with IIS, XML, web services architecture, SOAP, and load balancing.
• 10+ years of experience with .NET application deployment and troubleshooting.
• 10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN design, configuration, and administration.
• 7+ years of Microsoft CRM administration experience.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Cloud administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with On-Prem to Microsoft Azure server migrations.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Active Directory, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, access, and security issues.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Programming or scripting language proficiency.
