Description

Lead delivery teams in designing, building, and maintaining systems and applications that support internal and external business and technology customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams in the development, testing, and design review of system components and services.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to provision systems and deliver solutions to production.
• Write unit, integration, and interoperability tests to ensure code quality and implement them into pipelines.
• Design applications with a security-first mindset, implementing cybersecurity patterns during early development stages.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the engineering community.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering systems to production with an emphasis on Infrastructure-as-Code.
• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Services or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS, Windows or Linux servers, SAN, Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, or Azure AD.
• Proficiency with GitHub and source control standards like Git Flow or Trunk-Based Development.
• Experience writing and publishing reusable, tested modules or libraries for other teams.
• Strong knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and experience with unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Experience with multiple database technologies, including platforms, authentication, and connectivity.
• Proven ability to use systematic debugging to diagnose cross-service issues and pipeline automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.

• Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
