Description

You will manage and secure corporate and enclave network infrastructures through firewall administration and advanced threat management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement firewall changes while evaluating requests for potential cybersecurity threats.
• Provide third-level support to troubleshoot complex networking issues and interact with customers to resolve them.
• Lead and manage security projects, including design consultation for firewall necessity and configuration.
• Execute disaster recovery and testing plans for all supported devices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and administration procedures for first and second-level support groups.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in network security and firewall administration.
• Extensive experience with Cisco and/or Fortinet firewall operations and deployments.
• Proficiency with IDS/IPS profiles and IPSec VPNs.
• Experience managing authentication services, AAA systems, and RADIUS/RSA.
• Knowledge of SNMP monitoring, alert profiles, and network diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with VIPs, NAT, firewall image upgrades, and backups.
• Competency in vulnerability reviews, centralized management tools, and cloud systems integration.
• Experience with scripting and automation for security operations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
