Description

You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale data and analytics initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess analytics needs and design performance measurement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Develop project deliverables, RFPs, and Implementation Advanced Planning Documents (IAPDs) for federal funding.
• Collaborate with developers and DBAs to validate infrastructure and storage requirements.
• Analyze source data to create quality data mappings and review technical designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT systems projects.
• 4+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence projects.
• Expertise in data modeling for data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
• Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, and Teradata.
• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.
• Strong background in the full system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to develop technology roadmaps and technical documentation.
• Advanced skills in requirements analysis and business process reengineering.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
