You provide advanced technical leadership for complex network and systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create specifications, and design end-to-end network and systems solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical direction and hands-on guidance for data networking initiatives.
• Implement, test, and validate solutions in lab and production, ensuring documentation and adherence to design specs.
• Maintain daily operational reliability and uptime for enterprise network and system platforms against SLAs.
• Monitor availability and performance using tools like SolarWinds Orion, Cisco Prime, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), AWS Cloud Networking, and F5 (BIG-IP & Distributed Cloud).

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical degree.
• 5+ years in a medium to large enterprise network environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud networking (security groups, Firewall Manager, IGW, GWLB, VPC PrivateLink, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Python, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Git.
• Practical experience administering Palo Alto firewalls (physical/virtual), including Panorama, PAN-OS, and complex configurations.
• Advanced experience with F5 BIG-IP and F5 Distributed Cloud (load balancing, DR/BC implementations).
• Extensive knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access (ATP, URL/cloud app filtering) and Zscaler Private Access (access policies, connectors).
• Skilled in monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace and XSIAM.
