Description

Manage and optimize server, network, and storage infrastructure to ensure system reliability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, including domain backup, recovery, and GPO setup.
• Monitor system health and performance to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts.
• Execute disaster recovery planning, including backup and restore for systems, applications, and data.
• Perform patch and firmware installation and management across all platforms.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Proficiency with Windows Server/Desktop and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Nutanix clusters, and Hyper-V.
• Experience managing cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Oracle.
• Strong networking knowledge covering DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
• Ability to script in PowerShell, Bash, Python, ksh, or Perl.
• Experience with storage technologies and RAID configurations.
• Knowledge of security principles, including ACL, encryption, and authentication.
• Experience with Splunk and monitoring distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architectures and Failover Manager administration.
• Familiarity with SQL queries for data and activity analysis.
