Description

You will serve as a trusted advisor to investment professionals, managing support for trade lifecycle management tools. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Respond to functional, data, and technical questions from end-users regarding trade lifecycle tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions for system problems.
• Manage production bridges during significant systems and data incidents.
• Communicate solutions clearly to both end-users and technical staff.
• Maintain service levels for this critical support area.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience in global capital markets.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRD, Murex, or other OMS platforms for real-time portfolio analytics, P&L, and exposure.
