Description

Analyze complex systems to design, document, and support key applications and features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interview business partners to define objectives, use cases, and technical requirements.
• Research existing systems to recommend architectural designs and system workflows.
• Write user stories, system stories, and supporting technical documentation.
• Diagram business processes and system workflows to visualize complex logic.
• Coordinate test exercises including user acceptance testing and data validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of systems analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience designing and testing APIs.
• Experience working with databases and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to document technical requirements for complex systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
