You will bridge the gap between engineering teams and business requirements, leveraging deep technical skills to analyze systems and data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex system architectures and data flows using SQL and relational databases.
• Design and validate APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Conduct data analysis using logging tools to identify bottlenecks and anomalies.
• Collaborate with software development and QA teams to refine technical solutions.
• Document system requirements and support batch job processing on mainframe systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related technical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Strong experience with API design, testing, and integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• Proven ability to analyze logs and extract actionable data insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in software development or QA is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCI compliance or HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and batch job processing.
• Background in debit or credit card processing.
