Description

You will design, implement, and maintain IT services to ensure high availability, security, and performance across business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute three-year roadmaps for assigned IT services.
• Drive high-availability initiatives to meet inter-company SLAs.
• Manage vulnerabilities to minimize risk scores and ensure compliance with NIST guidelines.
• Coordinate with network, database, and application teams to ensure service scalability and reliability.
• Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of systems architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
• Experience managing EMC Storage environments and O365.
• Experience with SAP, both on-prem and in-cloud.
• Familiarity with ITIL environments and change management workflows.
• Strong documentation skills using Visio, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and database administration.
