Description

You will serve as a Senior Systems Engineer for the Monitoring and Observability team, managing enterprise-level solutions for on-prem and AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace environments for infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
• Configure dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.
• Maintain and update monitoring scripts for Unix and Windows servers.
• Develop custom monitoring solutions using network, server, application performance, and log analytics tools.
• Analyze telemetry including events, alerts, traps, incidents, and logging to identify trends and gaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace architecture and best practices.
• Expertise in deploying and troubleshooting Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGates.
• Experience working within Dynatrace SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in analyzing application performance telemetry to resolve issues.
• Working experience with AWS CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, AWS Cloud, Unix, and Windows.
• Experience engineering monitoring solutions supporting Event Management processes.
