Description

You will manage and support enterprise-level monitoring and observability solutions across on-premises and AWS cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace environments to monitor infrastructure, applications, and AWS cloud services.
• Configure and optimize dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance metrics.
• Develop custom monitoring solutions and scripts for Unix and Windows servers to meet evolving observability needs.
• Analyze telemetry data, including events, alerts, and logs, to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
• Integrate monitoring tools with Event Management and ITSM solutions to ensure application availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience engineering monitoring solutions, specifically supporting Event Management processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace architecture, including OneAgent and ActiveGates deployment.
• Extensive experience managing and troubleshooting Dynatrace SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and observability.
• Strong scripting and automation skills for Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Experience analyzing application performance telemetry to resolve technical issues.
• Expertise in performance tuning, optimization, and data visualization.
• Experience with ITSM integration and event management workflows.
