Description

You will provide engineering subsystem expertise, focusing on system anomaly resolution, data trending, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose unexpected system signatures to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes, products, and training materials.
• Coordinate system maintenance tasks across multiple contractor organizations, customers, and external partners.
• Maintain a baseline of operational products and provide operations certification training.
• Provide on-call support to lead the resolution of system issues on a rotating schedule.

Required Skills

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational procedures, products, and training materials.
• Proficiency with Linux and scripting languages.
• Ability to work periodic rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to provide on-call support one week every 6-10 weeks.
• Ability to travel short trips 1-10 times per year.

Preferred Skills

• Troubleshooting IR systems and trending data.
• Experience with RF, Digital, Power, Thermal, Control, or communication systems design.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Python, TCL/TK, or PERL.
• Experience coordinating and leading teams through problem resolution processes.
• Proficiency using MS Office.
