Provide pre-sales technical expertise to drive technology adoption and expansion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and demonstrations during product evaluations and workshops.
• Execute hands-on proof-of-concept tests to validate network designs and deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs while providing product feedback to management.
• Author technical whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and partner-facing content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating large enterprise or service provider WAN/LAN networks.
• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and networking architectures.
• Expertise in WAN technologies including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of Cloud security solutions such as FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Familiarity with security technologies including proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and Active Directory/SAML/LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Experience architecting or managing large-scale, resilient enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Linux administration skills.
• Fluency in German.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
