Description

You will provide pre-sales technical expertise to customers and partners to support sales targets and establish trusted advisory roles with strategic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on tests to validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments.
• Conduct technical workshops and product demonstrations for prospects and customers.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs and author technical whitepapers or knowledge base articles.
• Provide market and product feedback to product management and back-office teams.
• Enable partner networks on product evolution and maintain knowledge of competitive solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
• Knowledge of WAN technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Experience with cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Proficiency with security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and threat mitigation.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, SAML, and LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Fluency in German.
