Description

You will manage global infrastructure and ensure high service availability across physical data centers and hybrid cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate global infrastructure, managing service availability, RMA processes, and hardware refreshes or colo migrations.
• Build data center solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code and design scalable hybrid cloud environments.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, selection, qualification, and deployment.
• Collaborate with SREs to ensure software components are production-grade with high network visibility.
• Respond to security incidents and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration.
• Proficiency in Linux and ESXi administration.
• Development experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Understanding of L2 and L3 OSI network layers.
• Administrative-level understanding of Public Cloud Providers.
• Experience with VCF stack.
• Knowledge of capacity management and availability monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• BS in Computer Science.
