Job Responsibilities include:

Own and manage a large-scale hybrid infrastructure, overseeing 100+ Hyper‑V virtual servers alongside Azure cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Design, configure, and maintain datacenter and virtualization platforms, including Hyper‑V, VMware clusters, storage, and network infrastructure.

Lead on‑prem to cloud migrations, disaster recovery planning, and hybrid cloud solution implementations in collaboration with infrastructure leadership.

Serve as the Tier III escalation point for complex systems, server, and infrastructure issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.

Monitor system health, capacity, and performance, developing KPIs and forecasts to support growth and infrastructure planning.

Partner with security and governance teams to harden systems, remediate risks, and maintain compliance with ISO and client security requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

7+ years of experience in systems engineering, datacenter operations, and/or cloud administration.

Proven hands-on expertise managing large-scale Hyper‑V environments (100+ virtual servers), including SCVMM and enterprise virtualization architectures.

Strong Azure infrastructure experience with the ability to design, support, and operate hybrid on‑prem and cloud environments end to end
