Description

Manage the planning, maintenance, and lifecycle of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including monitoring and observability.
• Establish compliant infrastructure as code (IaC) automation using Terraform and Ansible within CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain core platform availability, security, and compute hardening across all support platforms.
• Execute infrastructure backup and restoration validation while managing outages and root cause analysis.
• Participate in the IT change advisory board to advise on production change impact and event management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Linux/Unix systems administrator.
• 5+ years of experience with virtualization technology including VMWare (vSphere, NSX) and Cloud.
• 5+ years of programming experience using Python or shell scripting.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform.
• 3+ years of experience with the Citrix Platform.
• 2+ years of experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Networking, Storage Area Network (SAN), Microsoft Windows, and Directory Services (Active Directory/LDAP).
• Experience with Security and Identity (AAA) and Databases.

Preferred Skills

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Bachelor’s degree.
