Own the infrastructure and application monitoring strategy for cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage monitoring solutions for Unix, Windows servers, applications, and AWS cloud services.
• Configure and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into system health, performance, and telemetry trends.
• Develop custom monitoring scripts and analytics tools to extend observability capabilities.
• Review existing observability architecture and recommend improvements for reliability and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align monitoring metrics with business operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience engineering monitoring and observability solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace architecture, including One Agent and Active Gates deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in AWS CloudWatch for application performance monitoring and log analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application performance issues using telemetry data.
• Experience scripting and automating monitoring tasks for heterogeneous server environments.
• Experience configuring and managing enterprise-level monitoring solutions at scale.
• Familiarity with ITSM solutions and Event Management processes.
