You will own the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of HashiCorp Vault clusters for secrets management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain HashiCorp Vault clusters to ensure high availability.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, and Ansible to enforce security controls.
• Integrate Vault with identity providers, PKI, and application platforms for dynamic secrets.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the secure deployment of Vault and shared services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents related to Vault performance and access controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux systems engineering (RHEL preferred).
• Hands-on production experience with HashiCorp Vault.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and TLS protocols.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience with PKI, certificate management, and identity integration (LDAP, OIDC).
• Knowledge of SRE principles, including monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to operate in regulated environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
