Description

You will design and support technical systems for payroll processes within a large service-driven organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements to produce detailed technical design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on design decisions and implementation direction.
• Document interface architecture and implementation plans for customers and vendors.
• Research and resolve technical issues within payroll processes quickly.
• Manage data extractions, transformations, and integrations using relational databases.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of demonstrated professional experience in system design.
• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or other ERP Payroll systems.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SQL, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience deploying capabilities for large service-driven organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll.
