Description

Manage end-to-end reimaging and OS upgrades for LACE systems across multiple laboratory locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Windows PowerShell automation to standardize builds, accelerate deployment, and enforce configuration consistency.
• Integrate LACE systems into the enterprise environment by joining Active Directory domains and configuring network settings.
• Install, configure, and validate Waters Empower CDS, including system registration and database connectivity.
• Enable chromatography instruments (LC, GC) through LACE and integrate them with Empower for data acquisition.
• Perform post-build validation, provide technical documentation, and collaborate with Global Laboratory IT to meet delivery milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows OS deployment, reimaging, and upgrades.
• Advanced Windows PowerShell scripting for system automation.
• Experience supporting Waters Empower CDS and LACE environments.
• Strong understanding of chromatography instrument connectivity via LACE.
• Solid networking fundamentals including IP Addressing, DNS, and Network Bridging.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot OS, network, Empower, and instrument issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting global pharma environments.
• Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and validation-aware system builds.
• Experience managing large LACE fleets (100+ systems).
