Description

You will manage and maintain the Cisco unified communications infrastructure, including UCCX, CUCM, and Unity Connections.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) environments.
• Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) systems.
• Maintain Cisco Unity Connections (CUC) services.
• Perform maintenance tasks during weekends or after-hours windows as required.
• Travel to hosting centers in Grand Rapids and Lansing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connections (CUC).
• Proven experience managing CUCM and CUC.
• Ability to travel to State of Michigan hosting centers.
• Graduate degree in any field.
