You provide technical pre-sales support and architectural expertise to drive technology adoption for enterprise and service provider clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospects and customers.
• Execute hands-on proof-of-concept tests to validate network designs and deployments.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs and author technical whitepapers or knowledge base articles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Provide product and market feedback to product management teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Expertise in WAN technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of Cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Proficiency with security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and threat mitigation.
• Experience with Active Directory, SAML, and LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Experience architecting or managing large-scale, resilient enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Linux administration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Openstack, or VMware.
