You will drive technology adoption for network designs and deployments through pre-sales support and technical expertise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and hands-on proof-of-concept validations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, providing technical product feedback to product management.
• Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and technical content for partners and customers.
• Enable partner networks on product evolution and maintain knowledge of competitive solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
• Expertise in WAN technologies and protocols including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Experience with security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and Active Directory/SAML/LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Ability to architect and manage large-scale, resilient enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and responding to RFPs.
