Description

Provide pre-sales technical expertise to customers and partners, establishing trusted advisory roles with CIOs and CISOs. Perform hands-on proof-of-concept tests, product demonstrations, and technical workshops. Author technical content and respond to RFIs and RFPs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisory roles with CIOs and CISOs to support sales targets.
• Perform hands-on proof-of-concept tests to validate customer network designs and deployments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospects and customers.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, providing technical product feedback to product management.
• Author whitepapers and partner-facing technical content.

Required Skills

• Secret Level Clearance or above.
• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack.
• Knowledge of WAN technologies including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Experience with Cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Knowledge of security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, Active Directory, SAML, and LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Linux administration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
