Description

You provide technical pre-sales support and expertise for Unified-SASE technology adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept validations for network designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and partners at CIO and CISO levels.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs to support sales targets.
• Provide market and product feedback to product management and back-office teams.
• Author technical content including whitepapers and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and networking/security architectures on the SASE framework.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and MPLS.
• Experience with security technologies such as VPNs, proxies, SSL/TLS, and threat prevention.
• Knowledge of Cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Experience managing large-scale, resilient enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Competency in Linux administration.
• Fluency in German.
• Experience engaging with CIO and CISO stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with public and private cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, and VMware.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
• Shell or Python scripting knowledge.
