Description

You will manage and maintain the stability and security of the enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot the entire IT infrastructure to ensure system health and uptime.
• Manage and implement VMware vSphere and Nutanix virtualization environments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
• Analyze cyber activity and threats using Splunk to mitigate security risks.
• Execute disaster recovery planning, including backup and restore operations for critical systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise IT experience with a focus on infrastructure stability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency with VMware environments and virtualization management.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and user lifecycle management.
• Scripting proficiency using PowerShell or Bash for automation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, and routing.
• Hands-on experience with failover management and RAID configurations.
• Experience using Splunk for log analysis and threat hunting.
