Description

You will provide technical expertise and pre-sales support to customers and partners to drive technology adoption and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demonstrations and conduct workshops for product evaluations and proof-of-concept setups.
• Design and validate network deployments, testing customer setups and network architectures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs while providing product feedback to management teams.
• Author technical content such as whitepapers and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies and protocols including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of Cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and Malware prevention.
• Understanding of security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and Active Directory/SAML/LDAP.
• Experience with SASE framework networking and security architectures.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Fluency in German.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Shell or Python scripting knowledge.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
