Description

Provide technical expertise and pre-sales support to drive technology adoption. Design, validate, and demonstrate network deployments for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demonstrations and conduct workshops for product evaluations and proof-of-concept setups.
• Design and validate network deployments, testing customer setups and network architectures.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs while providing product feedback to management teams.
• Author technical content such as whitepapers and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of Cloud security solutions (FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, Malware prevention) and security technologies (proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, Active Directory/SAML/LDAP).
• Experience with SASE framework networking and security architectures.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Fluency in German.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Shell or Python scripting knowledge.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
