Description

You manage enterprise SSO, MFA, VDI, and endpoint operations for a healthcare environment. You own the lifecycle of Imprivata and Duo deployments, Horizon VDI sessions, and WorkspaceOne device management. You resolve complex tickets in ServiceNow and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Imprivata SSO policies, AD group sync, and credential storage for 5,000+ users.
• Administer Duo MFA workflows, token assignment, and security enforcement for iOS and Android.
• Maintain Horizon VDI health, clearing stuck sessions and managing printer configurations.
• Deploy software via Symantec and manage iOS device lifecycle profiles in WorkspaceOne.
• Triage and resolve ServiceNow tickets for endpoint support and integration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in endpoint management and operational support for 5,000+ endpoints.
• 2+ years as Subject Matter Expert for Imprivata SSO deployment.
• 2+ years as Subject Matter Expert for Duo MFA deployment.
• 1+ years experience managing VDI environments.
• Strong Active Directory administration (Users and Computers, Group Policy).
• ServiceNow ticket management and resolution.
• Symantec endpoint management and software installation.
• Experience in healthcare organizations with HIPAA compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Epic Application integration experience.
• Technical Project Management experience.
