You manage responsive IT administration and support for clients in a hybrid model balancing onsite and remote work.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email systems, and migrations.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD) and associated cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, system outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Deploy and manage Hyper-V virtual environments and maintain Windows Server infrastructure in hybrid cloud settings.
• Mentor engineers and lead strategic infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and network redesigns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in consulting.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall setups.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS systems and server ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote support teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Project management expertise with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel locally within the Bay Area for client support.
