Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and M365 services.

Responsibilities

• Own technical management of all M365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage Azure Active Directory synchronization services, monitoring processes, and Conditional Access policies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, product roadmaps, and scalable infrastructure architectures.
• Monitor Microsoft infrastructure performance, backup system reliability, and messaging performance.
• Mentor Level I and II engineers and establish team standards for documentation and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure design, automation, and administration.
• Expert knowledge of M365 and Azure environments (SharePoint, Azure AD, MS Teams, Exchange Online).
• Extensive experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficiency in developing system administration scripts using PowerShell.
• Proven experience with Azure Active Directory synchronization, policy administration, and Intune Management.
• Background in building highly scalable applications and infrastructures.
• Experience with the setup and maintenance of Microsoft System Center products.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hybrid Microsoft Server Infrastructure.
