Description

Provide pre-sales technical expertise to drive technology adoption, execute proof-of-concept setups, and support sales targets through hands-on network design and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical workshops and product demonstrations for prospects and strategic stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Execute hands-on proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments to validate customer requirements.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, and author technical whitepapers and knowledge base articles.
• Provide product and market feedback to product management and maintain knowledge of competitive solutions.
• Enable partner networks on product evolution and technical updates.

Required Skills

• Secret Level Clearance or above.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and networking/security architectures on the SASE framework.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies and protocols including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Experience with Cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Knowledge of security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and Active Directory/SAML/LDAP.
• Linux administration skills and ability to deploy and troubleshoot complex networks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Shell scripting or Python scripting knowledge.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
