Description

Provide pre-sales technical expertise to customers and partners to drive technology adoption and achieve sales targets. Deliver technical demonstrations, conduct workshops, and execute hands-on proof-of-concept setups. Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and partners, including CIOs and CISOs. Respond to RFIs and RFPs. Provide product and market feedback to product management and author technical content such as whitepapers and knowledge base articles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demonstrations and conduct workshops for product evaluations.
• Execute hands-on proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and partners including CIOs and CISOs.
• Provide product and market feedback to product management and author technical content like whitepapers and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• Secret Level Clearance or above.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
• Experience with WAN technologies including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Proficiency with security technologies such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and Active Directory/SAML/LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Experience with Linux administration.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
