Description

Provide pre-sales technical expertise to drive technology adoption, deliver demonstrations, and execute proof-of-concept setups for strategic customers and partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demonstrations and conduct workshops for product evaluations.
• Execute hands-on proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and CISOs at strategic customer organizations.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, providing detailed technical responses.
• Author technical content, including whitepapers and knowledge base articles, and provide market feedback to product management.

Required Skills

• Secret Level Clearance or above.
• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Experience with WAN technologies including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of cloud security solutions such as FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Proficiency with security technologies including proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and Active Directory/SAML/LDAP.
• Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
• Experience with Linux administration.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
