Description

Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions and data models for the retail banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to gather requirements and recommend BI solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, AbInitio, or QlikView.
• Build big data models to improve processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate BI solutions into existing systems to enhance data accessibility.
• Provide data lineage, copybook layouts, and technical documentation across applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or data engineering.
• 4+ years of experience within the retail banking domain.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong experience in big data modeling and data analysis.
• Expertise in data manipulation using SQL and Excel.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
