Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of reporting systems to drive critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear, concise Tableau dashboards that translate complex data into actionable analysis.
• Partner with data owners to establish systemic connections to Operational and Compliance Risk datasets.
• Implement internal controls over the reporting lifecycle to ensure accuracy, audit-readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with technology partners to manage the SDLC process and oversee technical implementations.
• Evaluate existing report efficiency and drive continuous improvements to dashboard adoption and ROI.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in reporting development with a focus on building Tableau dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to execute against business requirements and coordinate release efforts with technology teams.
• Experience managing project timelines and deliverables independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Statistical Software including SAS or R.
• Familiarity with Hadoop environments.
