Description

You will lead the development of interactive reporting and dashboards for program oversight and quality analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and drill-down reports using Tableau and Cognos.
• Design efficient metadata models using Cognos Framework Manager and data modules.
• Extract and prepare data from complex healthcare sources including MMIS, claims, provider, and eligibility data.
• Collaborate with business partners to define, document, and propose analytical solutions.
• Manage project timelines and delivery using iterative structures to meet overlapping deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical and functional development with Tableau and Cognos.
• Expertise in SQL, SAS, or Business Objects for database analysis and querying.
• Proven experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or large healthcare administrative claims data.
• Ability to connect to diverse data sources and perform complex data aggregation.
• Experience designing metadata models and data modules.
• Strong ability to present technical solutions and teaching strategies to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
