Description

Lead BI reporting and analytics initiatives by designing and delivering data-driven solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient data models and optimized reporting structures.
• Collaborate with data modelers to ensure reporting accuracy and performance.
• Manage extraction and transformation processes required for reporting.
• Work across business and technology teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with nearshore and offshore team models to execute projects.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, or MicroStrategy.
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with large-scale data warehouses.
• Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, fact/dimension tables, and SCDs.
• Experience managing data extraction and transformation workflows.
