Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring targets in Kharadi, Pune.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle from initial cold-calling and emailing to final salary negotiations.
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Manage bulk recruitment efforts under tight deadlines.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the candidate engagement process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with Naukri and LinkedIn for talent mapping.
• Experience managing the complete recruitment cycle.
• Strong negotiation skills for closing candidates.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• MBA in HR.
