Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring targets in Kharadi, Pune.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial cold-calling and emailing to final salary negotiations. Execute bulk recruitment efforts under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent candidate engagement. Source talent using LinkedIn and Naukri to map and fill roles quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Conduct cold-calling and emailing to generate candidate pipelines.
• Manage bulk hiring initiatives under strict time constraints.
• Negotiate salaries and close candidates effectively.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the engagement process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Naukri platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills for closing candidates.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• MBA in HR.
