Description

Lead Technology Business Management (TBM) efforts to integrate IT financial management frameworks and streamline reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall TBM strategy, including multi-year implementation roadmap and maturity plans.
• Align data to the TBM taxonomy to accurately describe cost sources, technologies, IT resources, applications, and services.
• Develop automated, repeatable TBM processes and perform IT financial, acquisition reporting, and cost modeling.
• Support TBM Governance Boards and integrate TBM with CPIC and IT governance.
• Execute TBM pilots to establish cost modeling foundations, perform benchmarking, and ensure compliance with OMB and FITARA mandates.

Required Skills

• Current, unexpired Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME) certification.
• Proven expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks and taxonomy.
• Experience with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) integration.
• Demonstrated leadership in cost modeling and TBM solutions.
• Ability to perform current state assessments of TBM capabilities and practices.
• Knowledge of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) and OMB mandates.
• Bachelor's degree with verifiable evidence of completion.
