Description

You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for mobile platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, technical development leads, solution design leads, UX design leads, product owners, and vendor partners to define and drive technical requirements.
• Document system specification artifacts including user stories, traceability matrices, and use cases.
• Define API interactions between user interfaces and system APIs, including sequence diagrams and call flows.
• Create detailed back-end user stories in Jira containing API payloads, error codes, implementation details, endpoints, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop data mapping definitions and digital workflows to ensure successful delivery of functionality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RESTful API services.
• Experience with SWIM Lane Mobile Platforms.
• Proficiency in creating sequence diagrams and call flows.
• Experience documenting API payloads, including request/response bodies and error messages.
• Ability to write detailed technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with data mapping and digital workflow documentation.
• Experience using Jira for requirements management.
• Ability to work closely with technical development, solution design, and UX design leads.
