Description

You will lead technical strategy and execution for enterprise-scale financial software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software platforms.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery, including architecture design, coding, and support.
• Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices across development teams.
• Build Proof-of-Concepts for AI, ML, and GenAI solutions addressing client challenges.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions for financial services executives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on software development experience across full stack.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring teams through large-scale digital transformations.
• Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework/Dapper ORM, SQL Server).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing scalable systems using microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML and GenAI solutions and architecting data pipelines.
• Domain familiarity with financial services, risk technology, or capital markets.
• Agile expertise with Scrum/Kanban and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
