Description

You will lead technical implementation and engineering strategy for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical implementation by aligning with business stakeholders and product owners.
• Review system specifications and collaborate with Scrum teams to develop development strategies and test plans.
• Evaluate product code against specifications and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure quality.
• Research tools and methodologies to upgrade existing engineering practices across the SDLC.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience in development and design.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data frameworks.
• Strong experience with SQL, specifically PostgreSQL and AWS RDS.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar pub/sub messaging systems.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS.
• Proficiency in Python and Infrastructure as Code for CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing using Cucumber and Java-based automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the retail domain.
• Working knowledge of the Selenium automation framework.
